That’s what we’re asking you to make today ahead of our August end-of-month fundraising deadline coming up in just 2 days.
You see, after we close the books on Tuesday’s deadline, we’re legally required to report not only how much money we’ve raised this month, but how many donations we’ve received and from how many people, as well.
Once we do, you can bet that our opponents — right-wing special interest groups, fossil fuel lobbyists, the usual — will be the first ones pouring through the receipts to see how we did. And we don’t want them to like what they see.
At the end of the day, it's not just about how much money we raise, but the number of people who stand with Ed and the ideas that make our movement so special.
We’re talking big, bold policies like the Green New Deal, the Civilian Climate Corps, abolishing the filibuster, a $15 minimum wage, expanding the Supreme Court...the list goes on.
So when you see Ed introducing bills, traveling the state, and fighting for our agenda on the floor of the U.S. Senate, please know that it’s your grassroots support that makes it happen.
