In life, we all deal with setbacks -- some minor, and some that can seem almost impossible to bear.

But what I have learned throughout my recovery is that it’s not the setback that defines us, but how we respond.

I know it can feel frustrating to do so much to help elect Mark and then to wake up and find out some new outside group is attacking him with yet another multi-million dollar ad campaign.

But we all knew from the start that this was never going to be easy. The nature of running in such a competitive race and for such an important seat requires us to resist complacency and recommit ourselves to keep moving forward.

And that is why, with Mark's critical end of month fundraising deadline just days away, I am once again asking:
