This Bank Holiday sees the return of Homegrown, the all-dayer showcasing the best music the East Midlands has to offer.

In conjunction with?*BBC Introducing*. The first act announced was?*Deco...?*combining timeless 80?s synth-pop and a contemporary vibe, creating undeniable pop songs with a bite. Also headlining are singer-songwriter?*Joel Baker?*and folksy four-piece?*Catmilk*.

Homegrown is an all ages event, with under 16s accompanied by an adult. Homegrown runs from 1pm to 9pm.

*Performing throughout the day at the iconic bandstand will be...*
Deco, Joel Baker, Melonyx, Drew Thomas, Catmilk, Betsey, Vona Vella, and The Crying Violets.

Plus, enjoy performances on the Fringe Stage from?Salsa Bae (Dance), Musician: Cosmic Kat, and laughs with The Edi Johnston Bit,

It's a return to the city for the band. Although originally from?London, vocalist Hannah Reid and guitarist Dan Rothman met in the Ancaster Hall of Residence at the?University of Nottingham?during their first year in 2009.

London?Grammar's music has been described as "a blend of ambient, ethereal and classical sounds" with melancholy guitar, soaring vocals and plaintive lyrics.

Hannah Reid's powerful, brooding vocals are often compared with Florence Welch and Lana Del Rey.

The album?s title, emerged from ?the idea human lives are always expendable to the elites? We?re in a constant state of being spare ribs.? Clifton's own singer-songwriter has an immediately recognisable voice and is the sound of modern indie.?

Bugg?shot to fame after his first album went to #1 and sold over 604,000 copies in the UK. The Platinum certified album also earned a Mercury Prize nomination.
