In 2019, I put my name forward as the Liberal candidate for my community of Oakville for the first time. This year, I’m excited to do it again. Together, we have made so much progress throughout the pandemic to keep Canadians safe and supported – and now we need to keep moving forward with bold action to protect people’s health, create new jobs, protect a clean environment, and make life more affordable.

To date, Justin Trudeau has announced that a re-elected Liberal government will move forward with a plan to put home ownership back within reach and make buying your first home easier, fairer, and more affordable. We will rebuild our health care system to help eliminate backlogs, help hire 7,500 more family doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners, increase access to health care services for rural communities, and expand virtual care for all Canadians. And we’ll improve the quality and accessibility of long-term care, support Canada’s seniors wherever they live,
and so much more.
