BREAKING  NEWS: Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) defends Donald Trump's attempts to subvert the 2020 election

Friend: Shocking new testimony from Donald Trump's acting attorney general revealed the former president tried to use his own Justice Department to overthrow the results of the 2020 election and stay in power.

Now, instead of condemning this disgraceful abuse of power, Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley and his fellow Republicans are defending the former president. Sen. Grassley even said the president had "every right" to try to weaponize the Justice Department.

Sen. Grassley has continued to turn his back on our democracy – by spreading conspiracies about voter fraud, voting against a Jan. 6 investigative commission and now siding with President Trump in his attempts to overturn the election.
