AAPC Partners with InHouse Physicians (iHP) to manage COVID19 safety protocols in Las Vegas at Pollies ‘21

Dear AAPC community member,

We know the importance of making connections in our industry and are excited about being together again, in person and online, at the upcoming Pollies conference in Las Vegas, October 19-21, 2021.

At the same time, with the Delta variant contributing to rising cases across the country, we have decided to do more to put the health of attendees first.

We will follow current best practices for association meetings by requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry to the Pollies conference in Las Vegas. The State of Nevada also requires masks to be worn indoors.

If you will not be joining us in person, you may register for our digital conference offerings. We are offering full refunds thru October 8th or deferrals to the 2022 Pollies should you wish to cancel your registration. Simply reach out to Kelly Foley at [email protected] [ mailto:[email protected] ] or (703) 245-8020.

AAPC will partner with inHouse Physicans (iHP) [ [link removed] ] , a leading health security firm with 30 years of experience providing onsite medical services at meetings & events globally. iHP’s clients include McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, Walmart, Boeing, VISA, Dow, and Intel, among many others.

iHP will provide the following services to all onsite attendees, presenters, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, vendors and guests of the 2021 Pollies conference in Las Vegas, NV:

 • Best-in-class Vaccine Verification App (compliant with HIPPA and all privacy regulations) to enable participants to securely upload vaccination records and respond to automated daily health survey for verification by iHP medical team
 • Verification of negative test results and Rapid COVID-19 Testing Onsite as needed - testing done in advance must have been administered within 72 hours of arrival to the meeting
 • Onsite Medical Professional with “Go Bag” and First Aid Emergency Care
 • Physicians on call via Tele-Health including prescription generation

To avoid long lines at the conference, AAPC and iHP will begin contacting registered conference attendees to complete the vaccine verification process in advance.

We are excited to see you in Las Vegas or online at our Digital Experience which will stream all of our general sessions while enabling you to network from the comfort of home.

AAPC is committed to doing our best to keep our community safe while we help you grow your business through networking and learning—together.

Sincerely yours,
