Hey folks,

I can speak candidly with you, right? Well, my team and I need to reach a $30k fundraising goal for the month of August, and as of now we still have another $9,786 to raise.

With just a few days left in the month of August, this is far from ideal. I’m humbly asking if you can be one of the 391 donors we need to contribute $25 or more to get us back on track?

Out of context, these numbers might be discouraging.

But, given that Covid-19 numbers are climbing again and families are trying to figure out how to safely send their kids back to school -- I think the fact that people take time out of their hectic lives to even read these emails, let alone donate, is an incredible indicator of the strength of our grassroots team.

So, I’m not at all concerned that we won’t reach our August fundraising goal -- not when I have all of you in my corner.
