“Like so many of you, we mourn the loss of the American servicemembers and innocent Afghans who were killed in Thursday’s terror attacks in Kabul. We continue to pray for the safety of the innocents whose lives remain at risk. We give our utmost gratitude to the brave heroes who continue to save lives during the evacuation. And, we extend our appreciation to those who are helping Afghan men, women, and children settle in new places all over the world. Our hearts are with you, and we stand ready to help. ”
– Ken Hersh, Bush Center CEO, and Holly Kuzmich, Bush Institute Executive Director
