Charting our path to victory in 2022, one seat at a time.
Friend,
When Democrats win Attorney General seats, we can achieve real progress—and we intend to continue that trend by prioritizing six flippable seats out of more than 30 AG races we have coming up:
Texas, Florida, Georgia, Arizona, South Carolina, and Kansas
The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) and their allies are determined to help extremist Republican AGs hold on to power, but that’s not going to happen on our watch, friend.
With support from a powerful grassroots network of Democrats, we can replace each one of these extremist GOP AGs with a Dem AG ready to fight for the people. How do we know? Because DAGA has won over two-thirds of our targeted races since 2016 with the support of Democrats just like you.
We’re helping take on the indicted AG of Texas, Trump-backed Ken Paxton; his fellow Big Lie enthusiast, Florida AG Ashley Moody; and Georgia AG Chris Carr, who’s deeply vulnerable in a newly blue Georgia and is fighting to protect Georgia’s anti-democratic voter suppression law.
We’re taking on South Carolina AG Alan Wilson, who just sued his own capital city for implementing a mask mandate as COVID-19 runs rampant in his state. And we’re also eyeing open seats in Arizona, where AG Mark Brnovich is running for Mark Kelly’s open Senate seat, and Kansas, where we can hand perpetual candidate and right-wing, Trump-extremist Kris Kobach his third consecutive loss.
It’s essential to fill these vacant seats with People’s Lawyers, not bad actors looking to disrupt our democracy and roll back our rights. The stakes are enormous – and we cannot get complacent. Defeating these incumbents and filling these seats with the Dem AGs we need will take a powerful movement.
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in the next two years, we need your support – will you chip in today?
