Republicans and right-wing groups like the Heritage Foundation are generating a coordinated wave of anti-democratic, Jim Crow voter suppression bills across the country.

In 49 states, Republicans have introduced voter suppression bills sitting in their state legislative chambers — many taken word-for-word from drafts shared far and wide in conservative circles by far-right think tanks.

There are over 400 bills total.

And in 18 states, 30 of these bills have been passed into law in just the last 8 months.

There is no denying it: Voting rights are under assault.

In June, the Supreme Court upheld two voter suppression laws in Arizona, a state that helped send Joe Biden to the White House and secure our 50-50 Senate majority.

This is no ordinary debate on voting rights or election security. This has now become an all-out assault on our Democracy.
