Friend,
If you joined us for the first installment of “Shop Talk,” then you had the opportunity to be part of a real conversation, with real people in a real neighborhood. That’s the goal of Shop Talk, to talk about real issues on a real community level. That stated, I’m glad to share that we’re returning, with more to talk about, and with a couple additional voices in the conversation!
As children begin to return to school in the age of COVID, many parents are reasonably concerned with safety. Vaccines have been introduced, some are concerned with its safety and its effectiveness, and in some communities there’s downright distrust (and rightly so).
That’s why I’m headed back to the barber shop, this time with Nevada State Senator Dallas Harris, to talk about that very hesitancy and distrust, where it started, how it’s being perpetuated, and how we deal with it going forward. We’ll also be talking about the Child Tax Credit as it continues to help Nevada families, and of course we’ll be talking about haircuts.
Click here to join us, and bring your questions. We’ll see you Tuesday, August 31st at 4:30pm!
Until Then,
