Prevention Is Action
To keep enjoying what you love, it’s important to help protect yourself against infectious respiratory diseases like pneumococcal pneumonia — a bacterial lung disease that can be spread through coughing or close contact. Adults 65 or older are at greater risk for pneumococcal pneumonia, and certain chronic health conditions like COPD, asthma, heart disease and diabetes can further increase risk.

We are partnering with Pfizer to encourage people 65+ to understand their risk for pneumococcal pneumonia and talk to their doctor or pharmacist about vaccination.
