I did, and here is what I know: no matter which candidate Democrats choose to compete against Donald Trump, this country is facing the most important election of our lifetime next November.

National Republicans have already started spending money on TV and online ads. In our race, they’ve already run vicious attacks against Abigail. And we already have several opponents raising funds trying to defeat her next year.

And our election is still a year away.
