You may remember that we were the first to take Donald Trump to court, quickly and permanently blocking his original Muslim Travel Ban. While some cases moved quickly through the courts, others have not. In fact, we just received a big victory in the second lawsuit I ever filed against the Trump Administration.

Donald Trump tried to dismantle the work of President Obama. He worked to undo protections for children, agricultural workers, and our environment by allowing the use of the toxic chemical - chlorpyrifos.

We beat Donald Trump in court twice over his unlawful attempt to allow this dangerous pesticide to be used.

But it wasn’t until late last week that we got the news we’ve been waiting for...

The EPA has officially outlawed the use of chlorpyrifos on food.

This is a major victory for Washingtonians and all Americans. It’s a victory for science over corporate interests. And it’s a victory for the most vulnerable, including children and farmworkers.
