Let me get right to the point: I am humbly asking, can you please make a $3 contribution to help me defeat this Republican-led recall attempt happening in California?

Here is why this request is so important:

First, this is a two point race and ballots are due in just a little over two weeks. Republicans are fired up to win this recall, and we need the resources to make sure Democrats don't mistake their ballots for junk mail.

Next, in less than 72 hours we close the books on the final official fundraising deadline of this recall. When it's over we are legally required to report our fundraising numbers for everyone to see.

So we need a lot of donations before this deadline ends. Not just to send a message that Californians are working hard to defeat this recall, but because these are the resources that we need to win.

So I am asking, respectfully:

Can you please make a $3 contribution to help me defeat this Republican lead recall campaign happening in California? We will put your donation right to work reaching the voters we need to win.
