BREAKING NEWS: A bold pro-climate Budget Resolution just passed in the House, but we need your continued support to take advantage of this make or break moment for our climate. Will you be one of 200 conservation voters to support our work with an urgent gift today? [[link removed]]
Dear John,
Tuesday, the House of Representatives passed the Budget Resolution with extensive investments in clean energy and climate programs.
This is a huge win – and it’s only possible because conservation voters like you across the country stood together to demand bold action to tackle the climate crisis.
But with our Representatives back home in Wisconsin and House committees getting to work writing the reconciliation bill, the next few weeks will be absolutely critical to get our climate, jobs, and justice priorities across the finish line.
Can we count on you to be one of 200 conservation voters to chip in an urgent gift by August 31st to help us keep the pressure on decision makers to take immediate, bold climate action? [[link removed]]
It’s never been more urgent or more important to act on climate at the scale that science and justice require.
With your support, our team has been hard at work throughout the August recess putting on events and press conferences to ensure our Congressional delegation hears and heeds the demands of Wisconsinites who are experiencing the devastating impacts of climate change like never before.
This unprecedented effort to build a cleaner, healthier, safer, and more just future for all and push for the passage of bold, transformative policies that center on climate, justice, and jobs is only possible because of your support.
Your urgent gift today helps us reach our goal of 200 donors by August 31st and gives us the resources we need to ensure we’re doing everything we can to pass the strongest possible climate policies in Congress: [[link removed]]
