See, when candidates run for Congress, they often have to spend hours and hours each and every day doing what’s known as “call time” — literally calling up rich people and asking them to give to the campaign.
In fact, sadly, a lot of Congressional candidates wind up spending more time reaching out to donors than reaching out to their communities and building connections with the people they hope to represent.
