Application EXTENDED: Fall 2021 Virtual Youth Leadership Summit
** The application deadline for the Fall 2021 Youth Leadership Summit has been extended to Friday, September 3!
------------------------------------------------------------
From Monday, October 18 to Friday, October 22, the Youth Leadership Summit will give students enrolled in 2 or 4-year colleges and universities an opportunity to learn from experienced policy professionals and collaborate with their peers to address the most pressing issues impacting the Asian American community.
Students interested in the program should submit their online application ([link removed]) and email their resume to
[email protected] (mailto:
[email protected]) by the September 3 deadline. More information about the program and the application process can be found here ([link removed]) .
To prioritize the health and safety of the students and our staff, we have decided to transition the Summit from a 3-day in-person convening to a 5-day virtual convening that will take place online in approximately 3-hour blocks. The Summit will bring together 12 student leaders virtually for five days of advocacy trainings and leadership development workshops focused on advocacy, policy, and civic engagement; providing a unique opportunity for young advocates from across the country to both interact with their peers as well as learn from and network with national leaders.
