** Connecticut Democrats: Stop Blaming Republicans With No Proof, Start Listening to Parents, and Affirm Local Control of Schools
------------------------------------------------------------

Dear John, Ned Lamont and the radical left are once again infringing on local control of schools and parental rights and they is does not like it when you speak out against it.

Connecticut Democrat Chairman Nancy DiNardoblamed the incident on republicans ([link removed]) in an obvious attempt to distract from statewide and national crisis of the democrats' own making ([link removed]) .

You can read Chairman Proto's response ([link removed]) below:

Once again, Nancy DiNardo and Connecticut Democrats have no proof that these protesters were even Republicans. Parents from all political affiliation disapprove of Ned Lamont’s actions to wrest control of their children and their children’s education away from them. Chairwoman DiNardo needs to understand that many in her own party have had it with Governor Lamont and the Democrats continued intrusion into their lives.

Moreover, the Governor's attempt to supplant parents and implement a statewide school mask mandate, while allowing towns to set their own policy related to masks, is just the first step in Connecticut Democrats plan to subsume municipal Boards of Education under the State Government and assume control of our local schools.

Republicans understand the frustration of parents who have had the control of their children's education wrenched away from them by a power-hungry Governor and his Democrat enablers in the legislature. Connecticut Democrats and the Governor should be compassionate and understanding toward parents who are doing what they believe is right for their child. We encourage all parents and citizens who want to make their voice heard about their child's well-being in school to do so in a civil and orderly manner. In no way do we discourage them from speaking out.

We call on the Governor to end his unilateral control of the government, relinquish his emergency powers, and listen to the majority of the citizens he represents.

We call on Connecticut Democrats to affirm local control of schools and abandon their disastrous and unpopular plan to regionalize our schools.

It is time for the Chairwoman of the Connecticut Democrats to apologize for continuing to blame Republicans for every imagined wrong she sees, while staying silent on the national security, humanitarian, and foreign policy disaster that is President Biden's catastrophic failure in Afghanistan. She is desperate to distract from the one-hundred to two-hundred American Connecticut citizens who are trapped behind enemy lines in Kabul, ([link removed]) whose lives are in danger, all because of Biden and Congressional Democrats' unprecedented failure in Afghanistan.
