I know I sound like a broken record sometimes, but I wouldn’t be in Congress if not for public housing.
I fight so hard for it because I know the opportunities it can provide.
And right now, we have an unprecedented moment in front of us, one where we can ensure those opportunities for every single American.
In every neighborhood across the country, people are facing rising rents and stagnant wages.
Our government holds the power to change that though, John.
