Everyday corporations find ways to take advantage of their workers and exploit their labor for profit. Notably, Black and Brown immigrant workers too often bear the brunt of these workplace abuses. From retaliation towards undocumented workers who try to unionize, wage theft, sexual harassment and more, it must stop now!
As it stands, there are not enough pro-worker protections laws on the books to protect these workers from the abuse. The PRO Act, currently under consideration by Congress, would empower workers to form unions, hold corporations accountable for union busting, and repeal racist, antiquated “right to work” laws.
