Friend, I fought and lost two legs in Afghanistan for freedom. Nothing Joe Biden does can take that away from me or the thousands of other veterans who served our country honorably. But our fight for freedom isn’t over. While a superspreader event currently unfolds along our Southern Border, our elected officials haven’t been focused on taking measures to secure it. Instead, they’ve turned their attention to ways they can restrict YOUR freedom… Apparently in their eyes, we won’t move on from COVID by taking common sense steps like stopping a record-breaking illegal immigration surge. We’ll only get there if each and every one of us surrenders the freedoms that our country was founded on. Patriot, this couldn’t be more backwards - their stupid rules are arbitrary, unscientific and designed to instill fear! If we surrender our freedoms now, we won’t ever get them back. I realized that these ideals were more important than anyone’s own self-interest, and that they were worthy of dying for if it meant they would endure for future generations. That’s why I risked my life and nearly lost it fighting for my country in Afghanistan. But now, the very freedoms that we fought for are in jeopardy. I’m going to continue to stand proud on my metal legs against these threats to our freedom that fly in the face of science and common sense!
