Dear allies,
Anti-abortion politicians have passed more than 500 state laws
restricting abortion access over the past decade, eliminating access
to care in large swaths of the United States. Nearly 90 percent of
counties across the country are without a single abortion provider
and?five states?are down to their last clinic.
We need Congress to act to put a stop to these attacks on our
reproductive rights-and that's exactly what the Women's Health
Protection Act (WHPA) will do.
When passed, WHPA will protect the right to access abortion care
throughout the U.S. by creating a safeguard against bans and medically
unnecessary restrictions.
Join us in calling on Congress to pass WHPA and take a stand for
abortion access across the United States. Send a message to your
representative now!

For decades, our opponents have been executing an aggressive and
coordinated strategy to legislate abortion out of existence. That's
why the Center for Reproductive Rights is proud to be part of
a?national campaign?to pass WHPA and protect abortion
access for all.
Equal access to abortion care-everywhere-is essential for
social and economic equality, reproductive autonomy, and the right to
determine our own lives.
The people hurt most by abortion restrictions are those who already
face barriers to accessing health care-including Black,
Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC), those working to make ends
meet, members of the LGBTQI+ community, immigrants, young people,
those living in rural communities, and people with disabilities.
Congress is set to come back to Washington, D.C. soon and we need WHPA
to be one of their top priorities. Ask your representative to support
WHPA and protect access to abortion care. It only takes a minute to
send the message, but you'll make a major impact.
