The influential history behind The Price of Freedom 

How did the National Rifle Association, originally a nonpartisan sporting enthusiasts’ organization, evolve into a politically influential force? The new CNN Film The Price of Freedom documents how the NRA has shaped American policy and culture for more than five decades, using landmark legislative moments as opportunities to expand greater access to guns. 

Watch the premiere on Sunday, August 29 @ 9 PM ET, followed by a roundtable discussion of the issues examined in the film, in a special edition of Cuomo Prime Time. The film will be available on demand the day after the premiere through September 29, via CNNgo and your cable provider.
