Last night, the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act passed the House.
All House Democrats present voted yes. All Republicans voted no.
Now it’s time for Democrats in the Senate to vote like actual Democrats,
swiftly pass this bill, and send it to President Biden's desk.
And then, when the GOP inevitably obstructs, Democrats need to scrap the
filibuster to get this done.
I don’t know what they’ll end up doing,
John. But I do know this:
