Walmart's Spark Driver delivery platform will soon be opened up as a last-mile option for other retailers with delivery times ranging from several hours to several days. The new Walmart GoLocal service will use contracted drivers who are already out making deliveries, and Walmart says it has a number of contracts in place and is looking for additional partners.
