Last year Postmaster Louis DeJoy made voting more difficult for millions of Americans by slowing down delivery times at the USPS. This year he announced his plan to decrease post office hours, raise prices, and increase delivery windows. Now he's implementing even more changes at the USPS that will slow down mail delivery.
