Democrats in the House need to show that Americans are all for these long overdue updates, and that starts here in Illinois.

John —
Jan just got back to DC and she’s already hard at work making sure some vital bills get passed and some much needed updates happen in Chicago.
The budget resolution package and the bipartisan infrastructure bill, two critical pieces of legislation that would revitalize our country, target some of Chicago's greatest issues and put our city and country on track to creating a safer, cleaner tomorrow.
We can’t let anything stand in the way of these two critical bills passing. If you’re with Jan, add your name here to show your support for the bipartisan infrastructure bill and the budget resolution package →

With the passage of these two bills, Chicago will receive much needed money to remove lead pipes from our water systems —
these updates will prevent lead contamination in drinking water, minimizing the risk of developing illnesses and conditions from exposure and ingestion of lead in water.
These two bills will also provide a significant update to our Amtrak and commuter rail systems, expanding access to rails to get into our city and ensuring they’re safer and greener than ever before. Our residents deserve to have a safe, reliable means of transportation to commute into the city for work or fun, and these bills will deliver the funding needed to make that a reality.
With expected roadblocks in the way, Jan needs to show that her constituents are backing these bills.
Add your name and be part of our grassroots movement to pass these critical bills and give Chicago some much needed updates →
