My Sisters and Brothers, you already know that our voting rights are under vicious GOP attacks – mainly aimed at restricting Black Americans from exercising our power at the ballot box. Just look at all the restrictive bills passed by Republican-led state legislatures since November 2020.  

Say it with me, “The Trump-sheep GOP will NOT stand in our way of creating a more perfect union for all Americans!”  

Today, Congress is likely taking a major step in shutting these racist attacks down by voting on the John Lewis Voting Rights Act! Voting = power and power is the people. If we don't keep our narrow Democratic majority in the House, we run the risk of having our voices silenced.
