We’re sharing the next step in our plan to keep Canadians safe and healthy, friend.

Today in Halifax, Justin Trudeau shared our plan to invest more than $10 billion to rebuild a health care system that works for all Canadians.

A re-elected Liberal government will move forward to eliminate backlogs, help hire 7,500 more family doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners, increase access to health care services for rural communities, and expand virtual care for all Canadians.

Canadians need better access to a family doctor and to our health care system. Today’s announcement builds on the leadership of the Liberal government to keep Canadians safe, healthy, and supported through the pandemic.

Throughout the pandemic, Erin O’Toole’s Conservatives have tried to block crucial supports for Canadians. Now he wants to push for private, for-profit healthcare in Canada, failing to recognize how cuts to services like health care hurt Canadians.

No matter how hard the Conservatives work to roll back our progress, friend, our team remains focused on you.

Friend, can we count on you to support Justin Trudeau and the 2021 Re-election Fund, and help our Liberal team keep Canada moving forward?
