| Fellow American, President Biden is waging an all-out war on American energy. On his first day in office, Biden issued an executive order revoking the competition of the Keystone XL Pipeline canceling thousands of American workers’ livelihoods and depriving the state and local communities of the revenue they would receive. But he gave the green light to Russia, allowing them to build a less environmentally friendly pipeline of its own.  Throughout his presidency, he has been undermining American energy production by shifting our reliance to foreign adversaries in volatile parts of the world. The President is putting our energy, economic, and national security at risk. I’m leading the fight to support American energy. It is integral to national and economic security. Biden’s progressive agenda is not a sustainable path. Will you join me today and help me fight for American energy? In North Dakota, our people like to work to earn their money. We like to produce food, electricity, oil, and gas to GROW the economy. Our small businesses and thousands of jobs in the energy industry are under attack by the Left’s poor energy policies like the Green New Deal. Under President Trump, we were energy independent but the socialists running our country are destroying American energy and killing thousands of jobs along the way.
