Recently, our Union launched a national petition to tell Hilton that hotel rooms should be cleaned every day—and already, the movement to restore thousands of hotel housekeeper jobs is growing.

Would you join our list of first signers such as civil rights and labor leader DOLORES HUERTA and AFL-CIO President LIZ SHULER to sign our petition telling Hilton that hotel rooms should be cleaned every day and that women of color shouldn’t be cut out of the recovery?

The hotel industry is taking advantage of pandemic disruption to cut guest services, in particular daily housekeeping. Hilton recently announced the end of automatic daily housekeeping. UNITE HERE members—overwhelmingly women and people of color—have fought hard to make housekeeping jobs good union jobs, and we don’t want to lose them.

Our allies agree: Hotel rooms should be cleaned every day. Join the movement by adding your name to let Hilton know you agree, too.
