This week, career State Department official, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State George Kent, dropped a bombshell. Kent told congressional lawmakers behind closed doors Tuesday:

Political pundits and even some Democratic lawmakers have stated from the beginning of the Ukraine scandal that Pelosi and her caucus did not think through the consequences before launching the impeachment probe.
