A key part of the American Rescue Plan was the child tax credit, a tax cut for working families with young children. A new study found that the rate of families with children that didn’t have enough food went down almost 25%.
This is real progress, and it’s because of the Democratic House majority and President Biden that we were able to make such an immediate impact on families trying to make ends meet.
