First, the good news: Second quarter fundraising numbers for Justice
Democrats Odessa Kelly, Rana Abdelhamid, and Kina Collins were the best
fundraising totals we’ve seen at the beginning of our campaigns.

The bad news: The corporate incumbents in Odessa, Rana, and Kina’s races
have way more campaign money. Just look at these numbers:

their opponents have $1.74 million combined

If we are outspent 2-to-1 in these races, our chances of winning decrease
dramatically. It’s just a fact that more than 80% of House races are won
by the candidate who spends more money.



Money has always been one of the biggest things holding Justice Democrats
back from doing more. And it’s the one thing that our Democratic
establishment opponents have a seemingly endless supply of — from Wall
Street, Big Pharma, and fossil fuel companies. [ [link removed] ]Will you help us close

infrastructure needed to win against establishment candidates — as a truly
grassroots organization, our success largely depends on contributions from
