John,

This will be a big week for voting rights. The House of Representatives is set to vote on the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. The only way to stop the voter suppression efforts we’re seeing in Georgia and Texas is to pass this bill. That means keeping pressure on the Senate.

Passing this bill will help put an end to the GOP’s attack on voting rights in gerrymandered states where they’re holding onto control.

Honoring the memory of the late Congressman John Lewis should be enough to encourage Senators to pass this legislation. But realistically, it will take more than that. We will have to fight. Can you join us by chipping in $25?

During this next week we will also continue to work to offset the effects of the voter purge in Wisconsin. And we'll have to fight back against the proposed voter suppression bill in Ohio.

We are counting on a surge of support from voting rights advocates like you. Can you please chip in?

Thank You,

------------
Vote From Home is a grassroots movement that's fighting to expand vote-by-mail. We helped thousands of Democrats vote safely from home in Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina and Georgia in 2020 and 2021. Now we're focused on stopping politicians and legislation who are making it harder for Americans to vote by mail. Please forward this email if you know someone who may be interested. Our average gift is just under $39 so consider donating that today to support voting rights: [link removed]
