I’m writing this before I head to a Medicare for All event in Tacoma.

Local activists will be handing out info at a wellness fair, and then I’ll be participating in a panel with the chair of Whole Washington and other single-payer activists.

Medicare for All is one of my top issues, because in the richest country on Earth, 1/3 of COVID deaths shouldn’t be due to lack of healthcare.

So I have a request: I need 10 new recurring donations set up today, so I can keep growing a strong campaign and fight for Medicare for All in Congress.

There are a lot of unknowns in this campaign, and I need to prepare. For example, redistricting is happening right now. In the 90s, WA-06 was redistricted to make it harder for a progressive/leftist to win, after a leftist challenged the corporate Democrat in the prior election.

That could very well happen this time, too, since I got 35,000 votes against the corporate Democrat in 2020.
