As usual, our opponent Teddy Daniels is taking a page from Trump’s playbook.

He just spoke at a massive “audit the vote rally” right here in Pennsylvania. Sound familiar?

KEEP EXTREMISTS OUT OF POWER

The usual suspects were involved. One America News broadcasted the rally. Donald Trump’s new spokesperson took a selfie with Daniels. Arizona State Senator and member of the Oath Keepers Wendy Rogers took it upon herself to help undermine confidence in elections in our state in addition to hers.

At this point, GOP extremists have a clear strategy: scare the people into giving them power, then use that power to protect their own interests. It’s a dishonest and quite frankly manipulative tactic -- and you can be sure that we on Team Cartwright will keep fighting against it.

Yes, there are frightening things happening in the world today -- but they’re not wild, far-fetched conspiracies; they’re the issues we’ve been consistently talking about like COVID-19 and the climate crisis.

Our job isn’t to scare you, it’s to offer honest and productive leadership. Matt Cartwright has been and will continue to be an honest leader who works for the benefit of the people he serves. That’s what Northeastern Pennsylvanians deserve.
