Friend, Within days of Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Twitter account being reinstated after a one-week ban, she’s already proving herself to be unworthy of a seat in Congress: This Thursday, she posted an expletive-laden video aimed squarely at President Biden.[1] On top of repeatedly spreading dangerous coronavirus misinformation severe enough that she’s received her fourth “strike” on a major social network, resulting in her temporary suspension,[2] Rep. Greene’s action and rhetoric just prove over and over that she is unfit to hold office. Just this week, she was at the Iowa State Fair supporting Donald Trump’s Big Lie about fraud during the 2020 general election – despite it being the same election that got her elected.[3] Please help us get to 100,000 signatures to send a powerful message that Rep. Greene’s toxic lies and violent, hateful rhetoric cross the line and have no place in Congress. If there was ever a person who embodied the dangers of Trumpism, it’s Rep. Greene. She introduced a baseless article of impeachment against President Biden within hours of the inauguration, and just submitted another impeachment article equally lacking in evidence again this week. Marjorie Taylor Greene needs to go. She has demonstrated time and again that she has no interest in serving the people who actually elected her to office – all she cares about is spouting dangerous conspiracy theories and Trump’s lies. This is not how an elected official should be spending their time. Demand that the U.S. House vote to expel Rep. Greene right away! >> There is no way these beliefs and behavior can be tolerated in Congress and we must demand that Rep. Greene be held accountable by removing her from office without delay! Thank you for taking action against far-right extremism. In solidarity, Sarah, Digital Campaigns Associate
