Big Pharma is the largest supporter of mainstream media so we weren’t totally surprised Tuesday when they squashed the National Action Network event that didn’t support their agenda. But CHD will not be censored. We chose to move forward with the Forum tomorrow, October 19th.
The new venue in New York City (convenient to public transportation) has been secured. But CHD has decided not to announce the location until tonight at 7:00 p.m. via email and social media.
CHD won’t be silenced on the lack of vaccine safety. Forcing us to change the venue made the event all the more important. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and other speakers will discuss the pressing issues around vaccines and New York State’s unjustifiable decisions to repeal religious exemptions and to grossly curtail medical exemptions. Free and open to all.

Children’s Health Defense and Michael H. Sussman, Esq. have decided not to appeal the denial of the preliminary injunction to the U. S. Supreme Court in F.F. on behalf of her minor children v. New York State regarding the repeal of the religious exemption in New York State.
While we strongly believe that the State’s actions are unlawful and unjustifiable, we do not believe that appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court at this preliminary injunction stage will serve plaintiffs’ best interests.

95% of Tested Baby Foods in the US Contain Toxic Metals

According to a new investigation published Thursday, tests of 168 baby foods from major manufacturers in the US found 95% contained lead, 73% contained arsenic, 75% contained cadmium and 32% contained mercury. One fourth of the foods contained all four heavy metals. One in five baby foods tested had over 10 times the 1-ppb limit of lead endorsed by public health advocates, although experts agree that no level of lead is safe.
