You may have seen coverage of the Illinois State Fair in Springfield yesterday. One of my favorite parts of the day is running the media gauntlet, as our many left-leaning journalists try to throw Republican candidates off message.

I am the only Republican candidate who can defeat JB Pritzker in 2022. I have a record of staying on message and decisively winning elections. That is because I can handle difficult interviews like the one yesterday with progressive radio host Jim Leach at WMAY, who challenged the idea that local school boards should be in control of mask policies. I responded that we trust people to assess scientific evidence in the courtroom--why wouldn't we trust

Lastly, if you are in the northwest suburbs and would like to come meet me and Medal of Honor winner Allen Lynch, my friend Larry Kaifesh is hosting a reception for me this coming Tuesday, July 24th.
