I wanted to make sure you knew that the latest rankings from The National Journal name our race the #1 House contest in the country. They've even gone so far as to call our campaign the "underdog."

They're not entirely wrong: unlike my GOP opponents, I can't write myself a 6-figure check to buoy my fundraising. I'm relying on folks like you, who pitch in whatever you can afford. That's a lot harder!

But we won in 2018 thanks to the strength of our grassroots network. We proved them wrong then, and we'll do it again in 2020. Will you be one of the 500 donors I need in the next 48 hours to prove our "underdog" strength?

This week, the FEC published candidate fundraising reports for our race. Once again, I'm so proud of the strong grassroots support we showed - but when I look at our GOP opponents' reports, I'm reminded of what we're up against.

Not only are they self-funding in a big way - they also have the GOP machine of mega-donors and dark money groups propping them up.

Meanwhile, I'm refusing all corporate PAC donations because I answer to Oklahoma families, NOT special interests.
