The crisis in
Afghanistan is an embarrassment to our nation and a direct result of
President Biden’s failed leadership.

Despite warnings from multiple
military and foreign policy strategists, President Biden chose to move
forward with this disorganized withdrawal, unleashing chaos on the
ground in Kabul and handing over an unprecedented amount of military
equipment to the Taliban.

His gross mismanagement of our exit has
left thousands of American civilians stranded in Afghanistan–and will
likely lead to the capture and death of many of our allies on the
ground.

To make matters worse, President Biden has blamed everyone
but himself for this unmitigated disaster.

It’s time for the
President to take full responsibility for his actions and do everything
in his power to protect and evacuate the thousands of Americans still in
harm's way.
