New Ads Call Out Kroger, University of Miami for Trump Admin Hires
On the heels of the University of Miami and grocery giant Kroger announcing the hiring of former Trump Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and Department of Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao, we launched mobile billboards calling out the organizations for contradicting their stated values .
The billboards will be displayed in Miami, Florida and in Cincinnati, Ohio near Kroger HQ. At issue: These organizations’ words do not match their actions legitimizing former officials who stood by President Trump through some of the darkest days in our country’s history. Kroger claims to promote honesty, integrity, respect, diversity, safety, and inclusion … yet tapped scandal-plagued Chao for its board of directors. The University of Miami’s website touts its purported core values of “diversity, integrity, responsibility, excellence, compassion, creativity, and teamwork,” yet hired Azar to teach despite his well-documented role in Trump’s policy that tore families apart.

Oil and gas production is what got us to this point -- teetering on the edge of irreversible climate change. Our homes and loved ones are threatened by natural disasters, destined to get worse if serious climate action isn't taken, but American Petroleum Institute President and CEO Mike Sommers recently said, “We think [President Biden] should do more to incentivize American oil and gas production …”
Retweet our tweet to tell the American Petroleum Institute that their bottom line isn’t worth our planet’s future:

PA State Senator Pushes for AZ-Style 2020 Election Audit Scam
Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano is so obsessed with Arizona’s sham election “audit” that he is calling for one to be conducted in three Pennsylvania counties. All three counties -- Tioga, York, and Philadelphia -- have refused to participate in what their county commissioners have called a “blunder” and a “one-man quest,” Forbes reports.
Mastriano has a long history of trying to appease the former president by perpetuating the Big Lie and other debunked election conspiracy theories. He attended the “Stop the Steal” rally and the violent insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th and encouraged his supporters to attend the rally, using his own campaign funds to pay for buses to shuttle people from Pennsylvania to Washington, D.C.

AZ AG Brnovich Continues Attacking Our Democracy in Latest Conspiracy-Driven Maricopa County Investigation
In his latest attempt to undermine democracy, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has opened an investigation into the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for failing to comply with subpoenas related to the sham election audit issued by the Republican-controlled state Senate, Insider reports.
Brnovich’s investigation into the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is the latest act in the election circus in Arizona. Earlier this year, the Republican-controlled state Senate conducted an “audit” of the county that President Biden won by over 45,000 votes -- an audit filled with false allegations and overall incompetence that garnered national attention for its absurdity, even from top Republicans in the state and the Department of Justice.
