Mother of disabled 4-year-old calls on Canada to legalise euthanasia of sick children

A mother from Quebec is calling on Canadian politicians to allow her to euthanise her disabled son, who is four, by expanding the law to allow doctors to kill children. The assisted suicide lobby has seized on the case to promote its pro-death agenda.

Karie-Lyn Pelletier's son, Abel, has an incurable genetic disease known as Mednik syndrome, which causes deafness, intellectual disability and intestinal problems.

She has asked local representatives to change the law so that a doctor can kill him.
