I’ve met with countless people in the 3rd district who have been devastated by high prescription drug costs.

From 2012 to 2016, insulin nearly doubled in price. This is just one example of Big Pharma run wild, and it has to stop. That is why I’m supporting the Lower Drug Costs Now Act.

The Lower Drug Costs Now Act will stop big pharmaceutical companies from ripping off hard-working Americans and help ensure affordable access to life-saving medications. Insulin is only one example — some drugs cost three, four, or even ten times what they would in other countries.

As a Type 1 diabetic myself, I know how important it is that drugs like insulin are affordable for everyone who needs them.
