I'm about to call a finance meeting, so I wanted to make sure you saw the congresswoman's email below before I share some tough news with her and the rest of the team: As of an hour ago, we're still $9,660 short of our midnight fundraising goal – with only hours left to make up the shortfall. |

I'm reaching out to you personally because I thought it was important that you know what happens if we don't hit goals like this. I won't be able to make the advertising investments we need to stay competitive. I won't be able to mobilize field staff to register Floridians to vote, just when national Republicans are putting $10 million behind their own efforts. |

Plain and simple, it means some difficult budget decisions when we need to go all in to flip Florida blue. So when I come out of this finance meeting, I want to be able to tell the congresswoman we crushed this goal.
