Hi,

Threats to pollinators come from every corner. Pesticides infect bees and their hives, weakening the entire ecosystem. The extreme weather of climate change disrupts timing of plant flowering and the pollinator migration patterns. Agribusiness is destroying vital pollinator habitats.

Tomorrow, the U.S. recognizes National Honey Bee Day. This provides us with an opportunity to take urgent action and fight for pollinators' very existence. Our apian friends are in danger and their possible extinction threatens our way of life.

Tell Congress today: Support the Saving America’s Pollinators Act. <[link removed]>

H.R. 40791 establishes a pollinator protection board to monitor the status of native pollinator populations, and suspends the use of neonicotinoids and other pesticides harmful to pollinators. The proposed Act also establishes a monitoring network that ensures experts and the general public have up-to-date information on the status of native bee populations.

Pollinators are a keystone species. They keep our food system and entire ecosystems intact. Without them, the world would be a different place.

Stand up for our planet by demanding our representatives support the Saving America's Pollinator Act. <[link removed]>

Together,

Kathleen Rogers

President
