I fought on the front lines in Afghanistan as a Green Beret in the U.S. Army.

On the battlefield, I learned firsthand the importance of patriotism, courage, and brotherhood with my fellow men in uniform.

But I also learned a lot about the people of Afghanistan; a people who have suffered for too long at the hands of the Taliban’s terrorism.
