It’s been a tremendous few days on the campaign trail since the debate. In the 24 hours after the debate, we raised $1 million -- a true sign that more Americans are beginning to understand that Pete will be a president who can turn the page and bring a polarized country together so we can tackle the issues that are going to be even more urgent than they are now.

It’s pretty amazing -- the community and campaign that you are building. Pete announced his exploratory campaign less than a year ago with 24,000 people on this email list, with little-to-no name recognition outside of our hometown of South Bend. We didn’t know if we’d hit the first donor goals to qualify for the debates.

It took 65,000 donors to qualify for the first one. And honestly, it seemed like a long shot. But we -- you -- mobilized. You talked to your friends and families, and donor by donor, we qualified. And in each debate, Pete not only qualified to be onstage but also, while there, offered a vision that grew our team even more. He demonstrated what we all know: He is the candidate with ideas bold enough to meet the challenges we face and big enough to bring people together to get them done.
